Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, we only use plain, discreet packaging without any branding or labels.
Is the service confidential?
Your medical data and order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers.
What will appear on my bank statement?
When you pay by credit/debit card, payments will be shown on your statement under the name "Gorgemead Ltd"
Do I need a current prescription to be able to order?
You do not need an existing prescription to use our service. We offer a free consultation process which is reviewed by one of our prescribers who will issue a private prescription (for all eligible patients).
Why do you require to perform an Identity Check?
We have a legal obligation from the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), to confirm the identity of each patient completing an order on our website. This is the same checks you would be required to when registering with a GP or Medical Practice for the first time. This allows us to verify all patients purchasing from the website are over 18 years of age and live at a registered UK address. You can read more information on ID checks under our Privacy Policy section.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
No, we do not offer delivery outside of the UK.
Will I receive a tracking number?
You should receive your tracking number by email automatically, once Royal Mail have collected your order for delivery.
You should check your junk mail if you have not received this. If you don't receive the email, please let us know, and we will get this for you manually.
Do I need to sign for my delivery
No. Unless you choose the Signed For option at checkout, your package will be sent on a standard tracked service and posted through your letterbox (if it fits).
If you have opted for a Signed For service your orders for medication will require a signature on receipt of delivery
If you are not in to receive your package, it is automatically sent to your local post office and held for 5 business days. You should be left a card, or updated online with the tracking reference number. You can arrange a free redelivery within this timeframe by following the link in the email from the Royal Mail
What if i do not collect my parcel from the post office?
If it is not collected within the 5 day time frame, the parcel will be returned back to us.
For returned orders that you wish to have re-delivered there will be a standalone charge of £10 to have the parcel sent back out to you.

Will my GP be informed of my treatment?
We recommend that you always tell your GP about any medication you have had prescribed privately.
We can inform you GP on your behalf if you let us know who your GP is during your online consultation. Also if the prescriber deems it necessary, you will need to provide your GP details after the consultation if you have not already done so. We will never contact them without first seeking your consent.Please note that removing your consent or providing false GP details may affect our ability to prescribe you the medication if our prescribing team require more information from or to inform your GP
What do I do if experience any side effects or need help after treatment?
Contact your GP or Treat Discreet if you experience any side effects of treatment and seek immediate medical attention if side effects are severe.
If the side effects are life threatening call 999. Otherwise call 111 for NHS emergency services.
Can I send you my private prescription?
Yes, if you already have a private prescription and would like it dispensed by our pharmacy, simply send your prescription too:
