Sales
By agreeing to purchase a treatment from us, you agree to provide honest and truthful information about your health. failure to provide the information may delay us processing your prescription request or result in the prescriber rejecting your request. more information on the sales agreement and your commitment as a customer can be found in the terms and conditions.
Delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked service for standard deliveries, As the customer you can choose the mailing option you want to use at checkout. For more information deliveries please see the delivery information. Some products will require Special Delivery by 1PM service. Delivery timescales start once you receive notification that your request has been processed by your clinician and marked as Dispatched by our pharmacy. On time deliveries are subject to Royal Mail delivery schedules and service.
Returns
You can return any unwanted items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please inform us of the returned item via email at customercare@treatdiscreet.co.uk. Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK. Unfortunately, the postage cost and tracking of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using registered post to prevent further dismay. Returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging; Treat Discreet reserves the right to decline a refund in such instances.
Cancelling your order: In order to cancel your order pleases either phone or email at the earliest instance. Please note our doctors sometimes issue prescriptions within minutes or hours of an order being placed in which case you will be liable for the prescription fee but eligible for a full refund of the remaining costs including medicine and postage.
