Dosage:
Adults & adolescents (12+ years):
Start with 15–45ml daily, adjusted to 15–30ml for maintenance.
Children 7–14 years:
Start with 15ml daily, reduced to 10ml for maintenance.
Children 1–6 years:
Start with 5–10ml daily, adjusted to 5–10ml for maintenance.
Infants under 1 year:
Up to 5ml daily (only under medical advice).
How to Take:
- Can be taken once daily or divided into two doses.
- Best taken at the same time each day.
- May be mixed with juice or water to improve taste.
- Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
