What are Opticrom Single Dose Allergy Eye Drops?
Opticrom Single Use Allergy Eye Drops are a set 20 eye drop vials split into the dosage you’ll need to manage hay fever symptoms in your eyes. These vials are easy to use and can be taken with you on the go, so you can relieve symptoms like itching, redness, and watery eyes whenever they strike. If your allergies always seem to irritate your eyes, Opticrom Allergy Eye Drops could be the perfect way to soothe your poor eyes whenever you need relief.
Why do I get itchy, watery eyes when I have hay fever?
When you have hay fever your body reacts to a natural substance called pollen, which is released from plants, especially over spring and summer. When you come into contact with pollen your body will try and get rid of it by releasing a substance called histamine. Histamine is released into different parts of your body where it will trigger allergy symptoms, such as itchy, watery, or red eyes.
How will Opticrom Allergy Eye Drops relieve my hay fever symptoms?
Opticrom Allergy Eye Drops contain an active ingredient called sodium cromoglicate, which helps to ease allergy symptoms in your eyes. It works by preventing the release of histamine into your eyes, which keeps it from causing itching, watering, and redness. This tackles your symptoms at their cause, helping to keep your eyes feeling comfortable.
