What Are Paracetamol 500mg Tablets?
Paracetamol tablets are widely used for pain relief and fever reduction. They help alleviate mild to moderate pain, including:

Before Taking Paracetamol Tablets
Do not take Paracetamol 500mg Tablets if:
- You are allergic to paracetamol, sodium metabisulphite, or any other ingredients in this medication.
- You are already taking another paracetamol-containing medicine (such as cold and flu remedies).
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you:
- Have severe liver disease or kidney disease, including alcoholic liver disease.
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding and need advice on safe usage.

How to Take Paracetamol 500mg Tablets
- Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 or 2 tablets up to four times a day as needed.
- Children aged 6-12 years: Take half to one tablet up to four times a day as needed.
- Do not give to children under 6 years old.
Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose and always leave at least 4 hours between doses.
